Privacy Policy – Arrow Out

Privacy Policy

Arrow Out (the “Game”) · Effective date: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Arrow Out (the “Game”), published by LittleBigBrain (“we”, “us”). By using the Game you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we do not collect

The Game has no account or login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and the Game does not use your camera or microphone.

2. Information stored on your device

Your progress (completed levels, stars), coins, power-ups, Premium status, downloaded level data and pictures, and settings (such as sound) are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers. Deleting the app or clearing its data erases it. If you choose to save or share a level picture, it is handled by your device’s photo library or share sheet at your request.

3. Content downloads

The Game downloads new levels and level pictures from servers we use for hosting, and loads a graphics library from a public content delivery network. Like any internet request, these servers receive your IP address, device or browser type and the time of the request in standard server logs. We do not use these logs to identify you.

4. Information collected by third-party services

To show ads and keep the Game working, the Game uses third-party SDKs from advertising partners (for example Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX). These partners act as independent data controllers and may collect, according to their own privacy policies:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and other device identifiers
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device model, operating system, language, app version, time zone, connection type
  • Ad interaction data (ads shown, viewed, clicked) and crash or diagnostic data

We do not control how these partners use the data they collect; please read their privacy policies.

5. Purchases

Purchases (Premium and coin packs) are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card details. The store tells the Game that a purchase was completed so we can deliver it, and we may receive purchase confirmation data for that purpose.

6. How we use information and legal bases

We use information to operate and improve the Game, show ads (including rewarded ads you choose to watch), deliver purchases and downloadable content, prevent fraud and abuse, fix crashes, and comply with law. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for personalized advertising and tracking), performance of our contract with you (delivering the Game and your purchases), and our legitimate interests (running, securing and improving the Game).

7. Advertising choices

  • iOS: the Game may ask permission to track you (App Tracking Transparency). You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in Settings › Privacy › Ads.
  • If you buy Premium, banner and interstitial ads are removed. Optional rewarded ads remain available, and ad or analytics SDKs may still initialize for that and for technical reasons.
  • In the EEA, UK and other regions where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads, and you can change your choice if the Game offers a privacy options setting.

8. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers described above (hosting providers, advertising partners, Apple, Google), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws treat the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads by advertising partners as a “sale” or “sharing” of data; you can opt out through the device settings described in section 7.

9. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at [email protected] and we will act on it.

10. Retention and deletion

Local game data is removed when you uninstall the Game. Server logs are kept only for a limited period. Data held by advertising partners is kept according to their policies. To ask about or delete data related to you, contact us at [email protected].

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA, or under other applicable data protection laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to complain to your data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise them. Because we hold very little data about you, we may need to point you to the advertising partners or to your device settings.

12. International transfers and security

Our partners may process data in countries other than your own. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
